Chilli con carne made with 2% fat turkey mince here. DP will have brown rice and I'll have mine with spinach. I'm doing ww smart points.....

WW pro-points (old plan circa 2013).

Chicken Biryani and some Melba toast. Made with a Schwartz packet.

Pro-points was much better than any plan they’ve done since imo.

It's a no diet approach so you listen to your hunger. Nothing is off limits.

I read a couple of books on it and they explain why the diet approach doesn't work for most people which is why lots of people including me yo-yo between diets.

It's working for me but the weight loss is much slower than most people want (for me 8kg in just under 6 months) but it does mean I am eating normally but listening to my body more. I guess it's really what you would call eating in moderation.

Spaghetti meatballs in tomato sauce. Made with 5% lean beef mince.

Following a 1200 cal diet, tracked religiously on MFP. Weighed and measured.

I had noodles with vegetables and chicken. No plan, just trying to not over eat junk. I have lost 31 pounds so far this year doing this.

Low carb - sausages & leeks in a creamy cheese sauce. Followed by 6 raspberries & clotted cream Grin.

Mine dinner or chicken in onion, garlic and tomato sauce with diced potatoes and salad. Diet is trying to eat better and less and run 4 times a week (only 4km each time)

Chilli tacos, rice and salad. Made with 5% beef/pork mince. When I know I'm having this type of evening meal I reduce intake earlier in the day.
