Had a look and can’t see any recent posts about this so here’s a new one.
Anyone doing this, or done it? I’m only on day 3 of level 1 so far but I feel great. Going on holiday end of July so going to try do 30 day shred then get ripped in 30, and hope for the best!
I’ve changed my diet too, eating healthier and smaller portion sizes so should hopefully see results
