Calories in an Omlette

I genuinely can't work this out. Online sources come up with differing values!

How many calories in a 3 large egg (Aldi) omlette made with 50mls of semi-skimmed milk? Nothing else added.

I put flowers by the way but somehow it came up as a gin bottle!
