I've got a 7month baby & have set about trying to shift the baby weight. I'm around 6 weeks in & really watching what I eat, sticking to 1000 cals, going to the gym 2-3 times a week & trying to hit 10-15k steps a day. Problem is - I've lost zilch. I'm 5ft2 & currently 11stone. 2 stone heavier than I want to be & I feel utterly grim. I'm still in my maternity wear. I do have an underactive thyroid (taking 125mg of thyroxine & levels are currently satisfactory) - can anyone offer advice on supplements or weightloss techniques that worked for them? TIA x
