Does anyone have any recommendations for an exercise video that doesnt feature loads of jumps, squats etc. I used to do 30 day shred but ive since realised that weeing yourself isnt normal and shouldnt be ignored. I want to have the option of doing exercise videos and i know i could probably modify some exercises myself, but its hard to always remember to do so when youre in the middle of it and then its too late, and surely there must be some lower impact ones out there.
I want it to be hard work, but I want to make my PF better, not worse, and cant always get to the gym or swimming.
