43 and a half pounds - or three stones...

...that's how much weight I've lost over the past year, and I'm soooooooo pleased that I feel the need to show off about it! I want to lose another stone and a half, and then I will be down to what I was before I had dd1, and less... and then I'll probably have another baby . But I've promised myself that I won't put so much weight on again if I do have another baby - don't want to go through all this again!
Oh, by the way: I've lost the weight by following Weight Watchers - eating 30 points plus a day, as I'm still breastfeeding!

That's wonderful, you must be very proud of yourself .

I hope to be like you one day as I'm almost 6 weeks into WW (and 8.5lb down with weigh-in tomorrow).

Keep going, you're most of the way there now .

marthamoo · 14/09/2004 21:59

That's fantastic!! Well Done You! You should be proud, as should everyone else that knows you

Marina · 15/09/2004 09:57

Congratulations emkana, that is a great achievement and an inspiration to me as that is the total I am aiming to lose. One stone so far (since July), two to go, also doing WW.
Well done you!
Think I will pass on the "another baby" option though

monkeygirl · 15/09/2004 10:26
