Not in a way that you'll keep it off I wouldn't have thought. Each lb is approximately a 3500 calorie deficit. Therefore you would need to lose about 3.5 pounds a week which would be a deficit of 11750 calories a week which is not realistic, healthily. If you burn, for sake of argument, 2000 a day, that's 14000 a week burnt. You would therefore need to consume 2250 a week which is a mere 321 calories a day! You could increase the deficit by increasing your burnt calories through exercise but it would still be too big a gap to breach.

Eating at 1200 calories a day and increasing your calorie burn a little through upping your activity will put you realistically able to burn 1-2lb a week so you may hit the stone in 2 months.
