The Diet Plate - anyone any experience of this?

I am several stones overweight and thinking of ordering a diet plate. Has anyone used this? Or know anything about it? It looks fairly straightforward and simple, and tbh my biggest problem is that I overeat and have forgotten what a normal portion size should be, so it sounded like it would help me out.

There was a thread with this on the other day - I'll see if I can find it.

I think we overeat generally in the Western world tbh. I have tried giving myself a smaller plate so it looks better, some dinner plates are huge - we have the Denby ones and so I've bought the 'inbetween a dinner plate and teaplate' size which I think are more reflective of what a portion should be.

Thanks Wisteria. I think sticking to it and not going for a second plate might become my downfall!
