I’ve posted on a great thread that was set up recently about losing a stone. A few posters suggested a WhatsApp group and I think that’d be a massive help for me.
I’m not sure how we’d go about setting this up as I don’t think we’re allowed to publish our phone numbers on here (?), but would anyone else be interested?
