Hi Ladies,

I'm pretty new to mumsnet so firstly hello!

Ok i've decided that i need to fight the post baby flab and become a new sexy curvy me, like i was in the days beofre the depo injection and 8 month dd!

I did Slimming World at home withouht classes and by May 03 i had lost 2.5 stone in just under 6 months! Then i found out in June i was 2 months pg, so i waved good by too my new gorgeous figure (boo hoo).

Now i am i size 16's again and non of my clothes fit me grrrrr! My target is to be a size 12-14 (12..pleeeaaassseee). Solast night i decided to hunt through al the boxes we still have packed after moving in June, and it seems i've lost everything to do with SW..i'm so upset! I cannot even find the eating plan..and daren't guess! Also i have lost all the books that helped me through it too..ie syn values etc!

I cannot attend any classes yet as dp is working random hours so i have no-one to look after dd!

Sorry if i sound cheeky just wondered if anyone would mind posting/emailing the eating plan..o if anyone has any of the books they would like to sell!

Oooh and ladies i will need your encouragement too!

Good luck to you all, Thanks in advance, Beccy xx

Sorry Shiraz. Sent my spare book to Titania last week.Have you tried Ebay, people sell them on there.
Why don't you join is on the slimming world thread. There are a few of us doing it at the moment with and without classes. It's great for a bit of support.

Shiraz · 14/09/2004 11:36

Thanks Kayleigh will do!!!

Shiraz, you ideally need a new book. THe diet changed slightly earlier this year and alot of stuff that was free is no longer free. Just to confuse us all. Good luckl anyway. I'll have a dig around to see if I can find my new book as I've given up on it. Am starting lighter life next week.

Kayleigh · 14/09/2004 11:38

Alternatively you could be really cheeky and join a class - get all the books - then not bother going back to class. And if anyone asks, I did NOT suggest this

woodpops · 14/09/2004 11:41

Yeah but then you constantly get those flaming cards through the post 'we missed you at class this week'. I'm still getting them and haven't been there for about 3 months!!!!!

Shiraz · 14/09/2004 11:46

Oooh woodpops that would be great if you could!

Kayleigh i thought of that but then dp is working evenings for the next fortnight and not sure about that..finding it difficult at the moment..hmmmmm! Good idea though! Thanks xx

Shiraz, the book's at home and I'm at work so I'll get it in the post 1st thing tomorrow am. I've not had chance to get online this weekend had the plasterers in

shirley4d · 27/09/2004 19:28

I used to go to slimming world, but with 2 dd's under 1( not twins!) , i haven't re-joined after last birth. i have been doing it on-line and am pleased with the results...didn't think i'd have the will power!

champs · 28/09/2004 00:06

shiraz, it may be a good idea to ask tech to remove your address from this post. I know it may seem a bit alarmist but it isn't a good idea to post your address in a forum, Anyone can view these threads, even people who do not post here at mumsnet. I will send a post removal request to the mumsnet team.

Justine (mumsnet) · 28/09/2004 09:19

Hi Shiraz,
We've deleted the message with your name and address in just as a security precaution. If you need to pass it on it might be an idea to use the contact another talker facility in future, just because otherwise it's up here forever for all to see.
Best,
Justine, Carrie and Rachel

I think I'm finally winning. The big 1st weigh in tomorrow night.

You wouldn't believe how I missed putting something in my mouth and eating it last weekend. I haven't been hungry at all which is a good thing.

Thanks for asking. I will get the book in the post. Been really busy at home so not had a chance. Will did it out tonight.
