Digital scales

Sorry if I'm being totally thick here but I have my digital scales set to stone and my first weight in was

10 0.6

I took this as 10 stone and just under half a pound, is that right?

A couple of months later and I weigh

9 9.6

Is this 9 stone 9 and just under half a pound?

I've got myself confused reading some old threads!

TIA

9 9.6 is 9 stone, 9lbs and 0.6 of a lb - so basically half a lb. Mine are the same and the last number is a fraction of a lb rather than ozs.

Ah that's ok then, I thought I'd been reading it really wrong! So it's basically stone, pound and then fraction of a pound? @Oysterbabe

Yep. Mine are anyway and I think that's generally how they work.
