For me to start SW at home? I've bought the books and I did it many years ago.. but I am so far now but with a head that is peri menopausal mush that I just can't think clearly to begin. I'm desperate in a nutshell. Thank you.

If you are wanting to lose weight Have you tried MFP ? It is a bit of a faff to begin with but really worked for me last year...I put it all on again since December as I live off mince pies and then it's downhill all the way. Starting again today, I have two stones to lose, fancy joining me?

Have a look at Paul Mackenna (I Can Make You Thin) it's not a diet as such, it changes our ways of eating, and is based on eating healthily (no calorie counting or diet foods).

It's so good because you can go off it for a while then go back on it easily , just when you feel hungry again! I've lost 3 stone and am maintaining with it .

I did SW from home as an online member, would that help you? If you're not in a place where you can pay the membership right now, have a look at the SW from home Facebook groups for support and info.
