I would like to lose the stone that has crept on slowly over the past year or two.
I am having a difficult time as my Dad is unwell and I’m finding it hard to stay on top of everything, work, kids, visiting Dad etc..
As a result I think I’ve been comfort eating and just snacking on crap and probably drinking too much wine.
I haven’t been planning meals well enough although we do eat pretty healthily as a rule. Instead of doing a planned weekly shop I end up running to the supermarket daily between work & school.
I just feel hungry in between meals and end up reaching for the biscuit tin!
What sort of things should I be eating to remain fuller for longer?
Also what shall I buy to eat as snacks that are healthy but not just fruit? I like fruit but sometimes I just want something that’s not fruit and I don’t know what.
