Finally...Lost a stone- thank heavens finally!

at last! have found this weight loss malarky bloody hard work to be honest.

went for a weigh in tonight ( feeling fatter than ever) and lo and behold- Ive hit a stone loss! taken me approx 10 weeks so its not falling off - but hey its off!!

No! really?? I dont actually feel any different to be honest. Everybody keeps telling me i look great- but i still 'feel' fat.
