I lost 2st in 2018 through diet, but recently have been gaining weight and over-eating, and feel like I am at the beginning of my weight loss/gain cycle once again. I am starting to feel like maybe I need to make a more major change to support me feeling better and not needing to use food to regulate my emotions.
I just wondered if anyone has been able to make big life changes which have made a difference to their ability to eat sensibly? I don't want to white knuckle my way to weight loss again!
