Well my gas is down to a peep. Just a few weeks ago I was going great guns, showing off on here about my weekly losses. Buying new clothes, getting excited about reaching my goals.
And now I have.... stopped. Two weeks with no loss at all despite not changing a single part of the routine that saw me lose every week up til now.
Reading about it online, this is common and I will have to cut back further to start losing again.
I'm so fucking disheartened. The weather isn't helping, I was walking miles in the sunshine and now it's just a cold downer.
