I'm 19 stone (and some). and last night I joined a running group that are doing couch to 5k.. I got left behind almost immediately
but the lovely lady who ran it stayed with me and helped me focus on times.
I managed 10 seconds running and then at the end of the run I Managed an entire minute!
I feel this is going to change my life, I'm going to make healthy choices, I'm going to lose weight and I'm going to get fit! I felt amazing afterwards!
I've avoided joining groups before because of my weight. I was the fattest person there tonight but I did it. I felt like I might die and I didn't :)
