Really high tummy bump/cut sugar craving

After two kids close together my body is far from what it used to be and it is definitely down to my eating crap on the go rather than having time to cook something nice for myself! The tummy I have now isn’t just fat at the bottom it’s really high up like a baby bump its horrible. I know I need to improve my eating so any tips on battling sugar cravings would be amazing and also any healthy quick fix food ideas too (I’m a veggie) thanks everyone

I too had a fat/pregnant looking stomach. I've recently starting counting calories, the first few days I ate/snacked like normal and was putting away 2500/3000+ so I've started making choices based on getting this number down. It's unbelievable how fast it adds up, now I'd rather snack on a banana than a kit kat chunky - it might not taste as good initially but it feels brilliant now the bloat and roundness has gone and I can walk into most shops and get a top that fits. Take baby steps, cut down one thing at a time, I got rid of fizzy pop first (would drink 30 cans of diet coke a week) then worked on food. I found with doing it this way I can still eat every food group but in moderation. I found having food in the house to snack on would send me on a binge so I got rid of it all, cold turkey with the crap is what works for me up till now and I'll pick up a treat when out and about
