Two week weight loss...

It’s my best friends hen week in just over two weeks time and I’m feeling rather down about my weight. I want to wear some nice outfits without feeling uncomfortable 😣
My clothes at the moment are a bit more snug than I would like, jeans feel painfully tight. I don’t really have the cash to buy anything new (I’ve got a couple dresses in a size bigger but nothing night out fancy)

I genuinely think if I could lose 5lb or more before the week, I’d feel so much more comfortable (the weight is all on my stomach and I suffer bloating a lot)

So my question is... does anyone have any magical tips to lose a few pounds fast?!

I am not bothered about extreme dieting for a couple weeks as after the hen week I’m more than happy to healthily lose the weight I want to over a prolonged time... I own a treadmill at home too.

TIA

I can’t advise, but I’m following with interest, if that’s ok, OP?

I have just bought two lovely Nancy Mac dresses, in the larger of the sizes I was between, and both are too tight to wear. I don’t want to order a larger size, as it appears I’ve gained a stone since early March.

I’d like to wear one next Saturday. I’m already drinking much more water, and trying to walk more. Also doing press ups because my back and arms are flabby. I need tips to eat smarter though!

I am going on holiday in just under two weeks - two weeks yesterday and feeling the same. I'm thinking about doing slim fast but not sure whether I'm likely to lose much in that time.

xx
