Hi!

I have bought the Jason Vale slim4life and so far it is very insightful and seems great (as I was reading it earlier eating a turkey sandwich and crisps!!!).

Might also buy the JV 7lbs/7days book too but is it hard?? Also do you HAVE to buy a proper juicer? I have a good kenwood smoothie maker, would that do?

Must admit, sounds daunting.....?

I've been following SW but have realised I need to address my issues with food as I keep following a pattern of - dieting / exercising, losing weight, feeling quite good, getting a cold (FFS!) and 'do we have any chocs in the kitchen?'!!! And once I get a taste for chocolate, biscuits, crisps, white bread etc I cannot stop eating them, literally wake up craving them. I've got to stop this!!

I go from, eating healthy foods, craving fruit etc to eating shite and craving shite and not even looking at fruit in the shops!!!

I need to face the demons....

Cheers!
