So ive started a weightloss journey and in the past 3/4 weeks ive lost almost a stone, So i thought id get myself a personal trainer too.. only problem is after each session my body kills for days! To the point where i struggle to walk, my PT said its only gonna get harder 🙈 now i love that hes really pushing me cause its what i need..but how do i soothe my muscles after intense machine workouts/weights? He tells me stretches will help which ive been trying but does anyone else have suggestions please? 😂
