I've previously had great results with slimming world. The weight has crept back on since I stopped being able to attend meetings due to work and home commitments.
I really would love to loose a stone. I know that slimming world worked partly due to the meetings. They often seemed tedious but really helped me keep on track.
I'm busy during mornings and can't do evening meetings which cuts out slimming world and weightwatchers groups in my area.
However I just can't spare the time to diet this way and the online slimming world (ie without the meetings) fails to keep me on track.
I could afford to throw a bit of money at the problem. I don't want to do anything drastic or very faddy.
I'd really appreciate any advice as to a diet that I could try.
