Marie Kondo for weight?

Just wondering if anyone knows if there's a book along the lines of Marie Kondo/Alan Carr which through reading it changed your attitude to weight loss?
The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up completely changed my relationship with my belongings, and IIRC the smoking book does the same thing?
I have a crappy attitude towards weight loss, and am just getting progressively bigger. I can't seem to motivate myself or care enough to be consistent and actually lose weight. I can't just keep outgrowing clothes! I'm not huge, but about 2st overweight and would love to lose a stone this year.
Any recommendations appreciated!

Paul McKenna I can make you thin.
It also comes with a cd, it allegedly can help change the way you think about food and eating.

Watch the magic pill on Netflix, that did it for me!

Definitely try reading 'How to gave your cake and skinny jeans too' by Josie Spinardi. Its based on hunger directed eating and its quite honestly a revelation, if youve been spent years stuck in a diet/ binge cycle.

Marie Condo for weight?
I can help you. Take all the food from your fridge, freezer and cupboards. Stack it all in a big pile in the middle of your kitchen. Now throw the food in the bin, but keep back a little pile of food items that ‘spark joy’ for you. Eat only that for rest of the month. Voila, your life and weight have been transformed! Either that or go find out what Marie eats herself. The lady is tiny!!

Grin Yeah, I ate the things that spark joy already...

Thanks for the recommendations, I shall investigate!

The no S diet and the sweet poison quit plan

Oh and reread Alan Carr substituting nicotine for sugar in your head!

His diet books take things a bit far in my opinion.
