Hi guys,

So my daughter will be 4 years in June and I still have a lot of weight from her birth..

I still have the proffers belly which won't go! I no it's sounds silly but I was in hospital for a week after I had my daughter so I couldn't really get into the swing of it when I get to go to with the exercise they say to do..then you no how it is you start eating the things you couldn't when pregnant and it's gone down hill for there really! I was a size 10-12 before becoming pregnant and now I'm pushing a size 18...I am really conscious about going out because I'm scared people look at me..I've been asked (yes I no) asked if I am pregnant by a few people and i refuse to have photos taken with me child cause I look awful in them I no that sounds silly but I don't want her growing up and looking at them thinking oh my god that's my mum! I won't go shopping with anyone or on my own cause I can never wear the things I normally used to..I have weak ankles so I can walk for long or do any sort of jogging and s for food I am quite picky so anything I don't like I won't try or eat!! I no it's annoying for my trust me! I just need some help with maybe a shake diet or a health diet and some exercise I could do at all..I work 3 days a week and then I look after my daughter so it's hard for
Me to get some alone time to do anything..I just really really really down about it so any help I would be honestly greatly appreciate it xx
