Has anyone tried this for weight loss, is it worth signing up to, thanks

For me, no.

It was a bit crap.

The coaches weren’t great, the group I was in weren’t very interactive and the ones that were had some funny ideas on what was healthy etc which wasn’t hat helpful.

There is nothing there that you can’t get for free in other places.

I did a free trial luckily so if they are still doing that you could have a go but it wasn’t something I’d go for again.
