As a youf I never had to think about my weight/waht I ate. Now I am 30, I can feel my metabolism slooowwing down.

AS a result I no longer can eat crap all day witbhout exercising, which I do 3 times a week.

My foreign holiday is approaching and I ahve 3 weeks strarting tomorrow to eat healthily.

So my plan is 3 normal meals, loads of fruit, no chocolate/crisps/sweets/cake etc.

How do get a will of iron to resist when I always reach for the biccie tin whenever I feel like it (normally a few times a day)?

Work will be hard as we are always surrounded by goodies or it's someone's birthday and choccie cake does the rounds.

How about allowing yourself a treat once a week. Dh & I are doing WW at the mo -( the best motivation I have ever had) and after my Wednesday night weigh in, we have a treat night - lots of food, choc and wine!!!
Then I start again Thursday morn.
Have you tried WW biscuits? They come in packs of two so therefore help with temptation of eating whole packet?

PS - tell yourself that it's only for 3 weeks (initially!) And not a life sentence
