So this is the thing , I'm miserable because I'm overweight but I'm over weight because I'm miserable . I eat rubbish to make myself feel better , but then that makes me feel more rubbish afterwards because I get bigger !
I'm really struggling to find the willpower to lose weight . I've totally gone off vegetables and fruit recently and I have lost love for food. I don't no what to do ! Any tips would be appreciated .
