Just that really. I am useless at sticking to anything and just continue to grow....outwards!
Have a short break in 4 weeks ( with skinny friends and partners) a wedding in 8 weeks and a holiday in 14.
Would really like some one to be accountable to, to be honest with and give a massive kick up the arse with regards exercise.

Hi there I am up for it! :D
I am on another couple of threads and the more the merrier! How much would you like to lose? I have lost about 1 stone so far and have another one to go. I try to exercise daily and use Ultimate Food Diary app to log in my food.

Hi VivaFrida. I would like to lose 2 stone maybe a bit more. Post menopausal and just really difficult to shift. New Zumba class tomorrow and plan to do some HIIT every day, what diet do you follow?

Hi Zazu I think I am hitting the menopause now [fearful face emoji here!!] so I understand! It's SO hard!!

I follow an old Weight watchers plan, more restrictive than the current freestyle, basically simplified calorie counting. Everything hs a point value except fruits and vegetables. What plan are you following?

Exercise wise, I have a 'home gym' (basically a lean to with a washing machine and space for an exercise bike and x-trainer nothing fancy) and do bike.x-trainer most days alternating with high intensity workouts from youtube. I started on February 27 at 70.3kg (11.2 stone) and now weigh 63.5kg (10 stone) so - fingers crossed - it's working!
