I want to start a challenge for this Monday coming. A weigh in with pics (optional) of your target areas or whole body.

Your goal weight, size. And the goal date.
You can even list your measurements if you're brave.
List your diet (if you're doing one) or healthy eating strategy
And your method of exercise.
Anybody with me?

Hi Afromumma I am in another couple of challenges but one more won't hurt!!

Goal weight: 56kg size: 6 top/8 bottom
Diet/Healthy eating strategy: old ww method (basically simplified calorie counting) with Ultimate Food Diary
Method of exercise: I exercise daily. 10,000+ steps every day plus exercise bike, cross trainer (home gym) and high intensity interval training workouts.

Maybe!

Goal: 8st 12 / size 8-10
Diet: trying just healthy eating generally... but maybe overnight fasts, slim fast lunch.
Exercise: running after my 2 DS!

@VivaFrida I'm curious, do you mind me asking how tall you are? We have similar goal weight but different dress sizes in mind. Maybe my hips are just bigger! I'm 5ft 6

Of course! I am 1.65, 5'5? I have been 56kg before and that size ... we all carry it differently!!
