This has probably been asked before but how do you manage when you are the sole cook. I do all the cooking for me, husband and teenage daughter. I cook everything from scratch and love my food, Oh and DD not keen on dieting particularly and like to eat what they fancy. I don't want to start preparing different meals and feel that it just means extra work for me. Just to add we own a farm shop. So meal planning is usually done daily, or what is close to use by date etc.
