So the 800 kcal fasting Dr M diet, I have been reading up about it seems to get good results and Dr Mosely is well respected in this field and not some celeb endorser....however haven't we always been told to stay away from low kcal diets or eat 1000kcals a day ..why is this any different to a faddy crash diet?
Genuine question ...I can't decide whether I am being stupid to even give it a try?
