So I’ve done SW a couple of times and managed quick weight loss (both times a stone in a month). My weight has crept back up and more so I need to do something. Although I’m looking holistically at my health and have gone veggie and clean eating. So wholesome clean food. My only issue is I’m using olive oil. It’s so conflicting. SW says not to use oil for weight loss but everywhere else says a tablespoon of olive oil a day is healthy. My weight isn’t changing at all yet my diet is healthy.
Clean eating doesn’t seem to work for weight loss for me....am I doing something wrong?
