If you measure yourself instead of weighing yourself. Can you tell me what parts you measure and how often?

I read that your neck measurements should be twice your wrist size and your waist should be twice your neck.
I’m nowhere near that yet though.

I use an ordinary tape measure and do chest (ribs under boobs), waist, hips, upper arm and mid thigh. On the advice of a friend, if you use cm instead of inches you can see more encouraging numbers! Having said that, I tend to stick to inches and measure roughly monthly.
