I've put on 6lbs in 1.5 weeks

I've lost a stone steadily over 8 weeks and then the last week and a half I've gone off plan and despite a couple of runs I've allowed myself the odd piece of cake and toast. On Tuesday before last I was top end of healthy bmi and now I'm 6lbs heavier and overweight!

How can I have undone 8 weeks of diet in 1..5 weeks? Blush

Your weight is dependant on so many factors - how hydrated you are, your digestion, what TOTM it is - also did you weigh yourself at the same time of day and wearing the same thing as you did previously?

Maybe do it again in tomorrow and then in a few days and it might have gone back down.

Do remember though that exercise has a fairly minimal impact - so it's dangerous to start thinking that "because I've done X, I'm allowed to eat Y"

That said everything in moderation - the only "diets" that actually work are the ones where the changes made are sustainable - and life's too short not to have the odd piece of cake or easter egg

I know @Blondie1984 and I knew I'd have put on a couple of pounds. I'm a daily weigher but had a migraine for 2 days and I craved carbs for the first time since January and fell into them big time. Today is a new day!

i now have only 4 weeks to lose 8lbs. possible, but hard!
