Sounds more like my kind of thing ie no mung beans and banned substances so I may go for it on the basis that if I actually sign up to enough diets I might shame myself into actually doing something about my fat ar$e!

I just signed up, partly because I think it's a Good Thing the BBC are running this campaign and partly because I am the sort of chubster the programme is clearly aimed at (have lost 1st on WW Online already though )

Took a look but got scared and reassured myself it was all the sort of Sensible Thing I knew anyway. I might return, though.
