Is anyone a member of the James Smith Academy?

I've followed him for well over a year and finally took the plunge last week.

I must say, he's as good as his word. No restrictions other than CFD (calorie fucking deficit 😂), just hit your protein and calorie goals and you can eat whatever else you want.

Personalised training plan - so far so good, challenging but achievable. Demos for all moves on the site, plus loads of generic training plans to mix things up.

Recipe section is absolutely amazing. I've been eating like a queen, all involving scratch meals but it's helping me to rediscover my love of cooking.

Surprisingly all this healthy food isn't costing a fortune either. My shop this week was less than usual. Surprising how little I spend when not buying crap!

If you haven't already, Google him. He does a free 5 day trial too.

What sort of exercises do you do and how many times a week? I like the sound of it but HATE gyms so would need to get weights etc at home I suppose and want to know if that's realistic or not (I don't have space for lots of equipment).

Blatantly a planted post! OP hasn’t posted anything else ever!
