Honestly I’m so frustrated with myself.

I lost 3 1/2 stone and was a size 10/12. I felt good and looked better.

I’ve regained some of the weight and I’m over 13 stone again.

I know SW works for me but I cannot go to classes for a couple of weeks as I’ve got commitments on Tuesday mornings for the next 2 weeks. I like the Tuesday morning group so don’t want to join another group.

I’ve got to get some weight off and be accountable.

Anyone want a Sw buddy? Or just a weight loss buddy?

I’m planning

B......fruit and yoghurt
L....carrots and coriander soup
D.....Sw sausages, mash and broccoli

How's everyone doing?
I've lost 3lbs gained 1 this week. I went out for a curry on Sat and then to the pub. I fasted through lunch and enjoyed my meal more and didn't overdo it. Had a few small roast potatoes and yorkies with Sunday lunch. So consciously eased off a little which is actually a huge improvement for me as I easily take any excuse to quit.

Back on it today. I feel so much better, sleep and mood has improved over the last week since eating nutritious foods. It's the buzz I need to keep going. Week one down.
