I have put 3st8 on in the last 18 months, I just love too much of the wrong foods.
Today my 4 yr son stood on the scales in the bathroom and I noticed he weighs 3st and it hit me how much I struggle to carry him when we are shopping or out and about, do it's not surprising I feel so crap so much of the time with this much extra weight. I am determined to lose the weight again and keep it off.
Whats your motivation to lose weight?

When I’m slimmer, I feel happier, more confident, more energetic and in control of my life. I also feel like my appearance matches the image of myself in my head. It just feels right. I’m not sure I’ve explained that well, but hope you get what I mean. It is always surprisingly easy to lose weight too, once I get started- although sometimes it’s really hard to get started.

PS I recommend the bootcamp threads- it’s been a game changer for me.
