I started logging what I was eating on MFP mid January and ate 1200 or less most days. Weight loss was steady and I lost a pound or two most weeks - all good.
Now though, for the last 2 or 3 weeks I've lost a pound, gained it back, lost it again, and I'm not really getting anywhere despite eating similarly to before.
I started C25k 4 weeks ago too, not sure if this is relevant.
