I have a weekend work event in 6 weeks. Atm I weigh 10st 7lbs and my waist is 33". All my nice work dresses look lumpy and my good jeans and trousers are digging into my waist in a very unattractive manner. I'm only 5'2" and the weight just seems to be creeping up.
So I thought that rather than spend money I don't have on new clothes I better get on top of the bulge. My plan for the next 6 weeks is;
- No snacking on crackers, biscuits or crisps at all. This is my main downfall for sure.
- Drink some water and cut down on the tea and coffee.
- No eating after dinner.
- Do some toning exercises, eg. plank and crunches, every evening.
- Start wearing my step counter and aim for 10000 most days.
It's not a very hardcore plan but I think if I stick to it I should lose about a pound a week and some inches. Is anybody interested in doing something similar?
