I've done Slimming World on and off all my life. So when needing to lose a few pounds have had lots of salad, fruit, brown pasta/rice, vegetables...
Last year I had a colonoscopy then was diagnosed with mild IBS and advised to have a lower-fibre diet. We worked out it was all of the above things causing my wind issues.
But I can't lose weight without having fruit to snack on, salads and lots of veg. I mean, I'd love to have a diet rich in crisps and chocolate, and my guts would be happier, but...!
I'm also anaemic and taking iron so trying to avoid too much dairy as it inhibits absorption. So can't have too much milk, yoghurt and eggs...
Any help appreciated please!
