Easy foods

I am desperate to lose at least 3 stone but can't seem to stick to anything. I tend to like repetitive meals / foods so I can eat the same things every day with just a little variation. I also struggle to cook so need easy foods. I hate salads.
Can anyone help with some easy meal suggestions that I can eat every day?

I like the military diet for this
It's very low cal, but you feel fairly full
Lots of eggs, toast, tuna. Some cheese, some fruit and even some ice cream. It's 3 days on, then the 3-4 days off, then repeat. I've always found it easy to follow because I'm a lazy cook.

My favourite easy dinner which is weight loss friendly is scrambled eggs or omelette with baked beans. It's honestly so filling, I never feel like eating afterwards.

Poached eggs and ham on toast. Or with pan fried mushrooms and spinach (or all of the above).

How about soups? Slows my eating down so feel fuller.
