Hoping someone can help me work this out
I need to lose a stone to get back into Normal BMI range and I'm currently spilling out of my size 12 jeans
I'm wondering if the 16:8 fasting would work for me
I'm 54,5'4 petite frame and my BMR is only 1250 caps plus I can't really exercise due to my disability
I don't eat breakfast and use 1%%fat milk
