So am trying to lose weight, should be bloody easy enough as very overweight (being 46)
but proving not so.
Has changed so many things since year year, gave up drinking tea(2 sugars per cup, up to 7/8cups a day some days) I haven’t eaten sweets or chocolate since new year or biscuits(whole pack anyone
)
Gave up drinking cordial, also very high in sugar, also coke which was not a daily thing but certainly drunk it every week.
I only drink water now, and gallons of it.
Given up smoking.
Given up pastry, bread, potatoes, rice and pasta, my only carbs are now coming from dairy, meat and veg. I’m doing exante man plan so Vlcd and low carb meal, that along with the dietary changes I can’t beleive the weights not flying off given I have around 8 st to lose, starting to lose the will
. Wondering if my thyroid is out of whack so have ordered a thyroid test, so will see what that says.
Anyone made big changes but not seen results?
