What can I eat instead of crisps?

I eat healthily all day most days.
But I ruin it most evenings because by about 9pm I end up eating a packet of crisps.
I am hungry by then, but need ideas for alternative snakcs that are equally tasty but not so fattening..

Try Walkers Baked Crisps - not the real thing but a reasonable substitue that are low fat.

try ryvita minis they are really yummy and good for you too cos they're high in fibre, low fat etc etc.
or try having some wholegrain crackers (like finn crisp) with philadelphia light on them. yummy

One packet of crisps a day is not the worst thing in the world, really

what is it about them you crave? The saltiness? Crunchiness? The fat?

For salt you could try marmite on a cracker
For crunch maybe some raw fruit or veg
Fat, some nuts or seeds?

I've heard it's not so much what you eat, but at what time. Don't eat anything after 7:00 pm and apparently you can lose weight!
(So have crisps in the afternoon instead..?)
