Time restricted eating

Anyone done this? I've got about 3 stone tI lose. I'm doing the 26 hours off 8 on way, so basically nothing after dinner until lunch the next day and eating healthily for the next 8 hours. Supposedly it takes s couple of weeks to stop feeling hungry but so far I quite like it.

Hi

I did 16:8 and then one day a week did 20:4.

In three weeks lost 7lb.

Fell off the wagon badly so am starting again tomorrow.

It worked well for me and it didn't take long to stop feeling hungry
