What's it like? Does it give you a diet plan and is it sustainable?

Hi! I do! It’s pretty good actually. Every day you get articles to read and interact with to help you identify why you over eat and what you should chose to eat etc. Then you are given a calorie allowance for the day. The data bases seems to have most stuff on. Everything is labelled red/ yellow/green and you are encouraged to only spend a certain proportion of your calories on red ( high fat and sugar) stuff. You can adjust your calorie allowance depending on how quick you want to loose. Also you get a group to interact with- but mine are all in US so in different time zone.

You don’t get a diet plan- but there are recipes if you want them

Ooh, thanks for the reply. That sounds worth a go - I might do the two week trial.
