I need to shift some weight. I have done it before and kept it off until I fell pregnant with dd. Now I am back to the same weight. Last time I was driven and motivated to shift the weight and enjoyed meal planning and exercise.
Now I just feel a bit meh about it. I don’t want to like on salad and fruit. I want cake and chips!
But I can’t carry on like this. I am not huge but I am not happy.
Exercise is difficult as dh works away and there is no one to have Dd mid week.
Does anyone have any tips to get me motivated and help me to find the enthusiasm again?
