I’ve managed to let my weight creeeeep up to unhealthy levels again over the past year. It has to stop. I’m short and it’s all round my middle too.
I have some key things coming up in the Easter hols so that’s my goal.
No keto. Protein with no carbs makes me feel sick.
Going to:
My fitness pal 1200
Gym (haven’t been in ages)
Cut right down on sugar (last time I had one treat a day like a freddo so I didn’t feel deprived then binge)
Lots of veg.
Good fats. Many avocados
Doable right? Anyone with me?
Helpmepleaseeeeeee · 19/02/2019 09:03

Flurgle · 19/02/2019 10:58

I am starting today. Will weigh myself later if I can face it.
Helpmepleaseeeeeee · 19/02/2019 12:44

8 kilos is 17 pounds.
You can do it in 2 months easily!
Flurgle · 19/02/2019 13:10
That’s what I think.
That takes me into green bmi.
Pinkroseuk · 20/02/2019 22:54
Can I join in? I need to loose 16kg in 14 weeks so nearly doing the 8kg twice-
I have lost 8kg since September ish time already but not all the way there yet!
Flurgle · 20/02/2019 23:30
Yay three.
I have eaten goodthings for two days now.
Terribly offensive wind...
lurker101 · 20/02/2019 23:31
Can I join too? I’m going away around then and would like to lose some weight beforehand :)
Flurgle · 21/02/2019 08:59
Hi! And well done already How have you done it?
I am eating lots of veg and not eating half a tub of Ben and Jerries after dinner every day...
Pinkroseuk · 21/02/2019 10:07
Hi All-
How's everyone this morning?
Just managed to skip the birthday cakes at work by nipping to the loo when they were bought round! Got me some extra steps in too!

Mostly I am windy... but already feel happier with myself just for not eating all the crap.
How have you lost so far Pinkrose?
Helpmepleaseeeeeee · 22/02/2019 08:32
I have weighed this morning and lost 2lbs since Monday - not a full week so chuffed with that!
Goldensunnydays81 · 22/02/2019 08:37
Can I come and join you! Have got more than 8kg to lose but I’m trying to break it down into realistic goals! And this seems like a good one! First thing on my plan is to meal plan for next week later today as I need a plan!!
Flurgle · 22/02/2019 09:15
I weighed myself and my 8kg is more like 10 am so annoyed with myself.
But onwards
Well done Help!
Helpmepleaseeeeeee · 22/02/2019 10:05
Thanks Flurgle! 10 is still achievable if you really put your mind to it but even if you lost 8 in those 8 weeks you could aim to do the other 2 afterwards
I have a lot of plans over the coming weekends that mainly involve food and wine so i will only have 5 days a week to really go at it
Pinkroseuk · 22/02/2019 17:32
I have been doing 1.8milea waking eAch lunchtime - cross training 20 mins each evening - cutting lunch out and halving dinner as well as cutting out all snacks!
I'm stuck on 90kg and not shifting atm - reduces carbs has also helped! Not sure I have the stamina to stick at it for another few months but going to have to make myself!
Flurgle · 22/02/2019 18:12
We can do this! I refuse to be huffing and puffing my way out of a sitting position!
Pinkroseuk · 22/02/2019 18:45
Just had a weight in and 89.8 so lost 0.2kg which is not as much as I wanted but a step in the right direction - now off to eat cake for hubbys bday! 😂
Flurgle · 24/02/2019 19:00
Lost 0.3 kg this week. Sigh.
Onwards.
