Can't eat onion/garlic/chilli - how to lose weight?!

Most 'weight loss' recipes seem to involve onion, garlic and chill, which I try to eat but just can't tolerate Blush Can anyone suggest any good recipe sites/books that don't have these as the base for most meals?

What do you normally eat? Weight loss doesn't need specific recipes. Just eat less.

Mushroom omelette. Medium eggs have 60 cals per egg, mushrooms have 22 calories per 100g. Use a low cal cooking spray.

I replace onions with fennel, it gives the right texture after a slightly longer time frying. If you fry with a bit of salt you lose the fennely taste, though I'm coming to like that.
